Incline Bench Dumbbell Fly: 3 Sets of 6-8 Repetitions
Cross Cable: 3 Sets of 6-8 Repetitions

Biceps Exercises:
High Incline Dumbbell Curl: 3 Sets of 6-8 Repetitions
EZ Barbell Curl: 3 Sets of 6-8 Repetitions
One Arm Dumbbell Preacher Curl: 3 Sets of 6-8 Repetitions
