Wake up early, exercise daily, meditate daily, read books every day, eat only healthy foods, work on improving your communication skill – whenever we talk about self-help or self-improvement, thousand of things used to come in our mind. And because of information overloading, we suffer from analysis paralysis. We should do so many things, but how can we do so many things? So we decide not to do anything. We get completely confused about where should we start. So in today’s video, you are going to get a permanent solution to this problem. So finally you can start your self-improvement journey.

So before you start doing anything, first you should work on increasing your self-control ability. And the best and most effective way to do that is meditation. I can tell you that with so much confidence because I have also started my self-improvement journey with meditation. Before that just like you, I also used to watch all the motivational videos out there, especially I used to watch Sandeep Maheshwari’s videos all day long. But just by watching videos you can only understand what is right and what is wrong. But if you don’t apply those practices in your life then those words become valueless.
Now here also people get confused because of information overloading. How to sit properly to meditate? Should I aum in my mind silently or should I say it out loud? – nothing my friend! You can sit as you wish, you can say whatever you wish, you just have to observe your mind – this is the only rule of meditation.
Now, why is it best to start with mediation? Because when we talk about self-improvement, then the things that come into our mind, out of that meditation is the easiest to do. You just have to sit and close your eyes and observe your mind for only 10 minutes per day. So you don’t need extra time, money or energy to meditate daily. On the other hand, if you want to start with suppose book reading or exercising or anything else, you have to put extra time, money and energy into it.

To keep up your mental and physical health, if you want a medicine which is free, completely natural and most effective, then that is meditation. Meditation is like a multi-vitamin dosage for our mind and body and that’s why I strongly recommend everyone to take this dose regularly.
