As I always say, doing exercise is important but it is even more important to perform them using correct technique and muscle mind connection.
There are many people who perform exercises in the gym in a wrong manner. I have observed quite a few and have explained 7 of those in this video. These exercises are performed in the wrong way by most people and can be corrected to minimize the chances of injury and maximize results.
